Access to and use of the contents of the Campbell Bonner Magical Gems project database are subject to the following terms and conditions:
All the contents of the Campbell Bonner Magical Gems project database, texts, images, data, documentations or other information contained in the files are protected by copyright, which is reserved for the Museum of Fine Arts, Budapest or for other legitimate owners (hereinafter referred to as Copyright Holders).
Copyright Holders retain all rights, including copyright in data, text, images and all the information contained in the files. Contents are made available for free and without the Copyright Holders' prior consent particularly but not limited to non-commercial, scientific, news reporting and personal use. For the purposes of any type of promotion, public communication, distribution of the contents or use of the contents for purposes other than authorized herein, prior, written permission of each Copyright Holder is required. Permission for such use is granted on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Copyright Holder. A usage fee may be charged depending on the proposed use. Application for permission shall be addressed to the Copyright Holders, whose contacts are stated below.
The Museum of Fine Arts, Budapest, being editor of the database hereby declares that all contents included in the database are non-infringing and have been used with the permission of the Copyright Holders. All the contents provided are without a warranty of any kind either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use and/or non-infringement.
Accessing and using the information contained in the database is the sole responsibility of the user. Museum of Fine Arts, Budapest cannot be responsible for any consequences, damage or harm that may arise from the use of the database and its contents, including damage to computer systems and the appearances of viruses.
Museum of Fine Arts, Budapest has not reviewed all the sites linked to the database and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or other sites linked to the database. Linking to any off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.
