A: Herm-like cross: feet indicated, arms outstretched, hands missing, head to front, hair and face indicated. Below, an inscription in two lines: νιχαρο|πληξ → variant of νιχαρωπληξ. Inscription around the edge: 
ιαωρωουβραουεχμειευειιαιαιαιαθιωιη → voces including Ἰάω. Above the head: ουηιηιαευ → vocales.
B: Inscription in two lines: αιου|ηεωι → vocales.
