A: Frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes in armour, head to right. Right hand raised high, bent in elbow, holding a whip, left hand holding a round shield, half hid behind the body, forearm visible. Inscription above and around the shield: ιαω → Ἰάω. On each side of the snake's legs: six-pointed stars, below the Anguipes: lying crescent, open to top.
