A: Hecate trimorph in a long garment, holding burning torches in her uppermost hands, daggers in the middle, whips in the lowermost hands. The three heads are adorned with modii. Below: three nude, animal-headed (from left to right: bird, jackal, ibis) standing figures.
B: Nude youth standing to left, with staff in the right hand (Apollo?). Inscription beginning on the left at the bottom, and running round: ειλεωσεσοαιμοιπροσεριωει. Under the figure: σο.
C: Continuation of the inscription begun on B, in two lines going round:
ανεπιβαλλομαιποιησαικεαισομοιεπι|τευκτιδαον → ἵλεως ἔσσε μοι προσερῶ σε ἄν ἐπιβάλλομαι ποιῆσαι καὶ αἶσα μοι ἡ ἐπίτευξις? (S. Michel)
