Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both sides flat. Shape 8–9. Dark green jasper, slightly damaged at the upper right corner, otherwise intact.

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, to left, head crowned with twelve rays.
B: Greek letters in one line: τη.
