A: Figure with multiple heads, to left, wearing a kilt. Right hand raised and holding a was-sceptre, left hand lowered beside the body and holding the ankh-sign. There are two heads on the shoulder, that of a bearded snake, wearing a feather (or, Bonner: double crown?); and that of an ibis with the atef-crown. Below, a crocodile, to left, with a solar disk on the back. Around the edge, an inscription, beginning at the top: αρπονχνουφιβρι[ντα]τηνωφιερμιθουθ → variant of the αρπονχνουφι-logos, ερμιθουθ.
B: Inscription in nine lines: ιαεωβαφ|ρενεμουν|οθιλαρικριφ|ιαευεαιφρικ|ιραλιθονυομ||ενερφαβωεα|ιφρικιραπεσ|σπεσε Chnoubis-sign χ|νουβισ →
Ἰαεω-palindrome φρικιρα πέσσ[ε], πέσσε Χνουβίς, 'Chnoubis, digest, digest.'
