A: Harpocrates sitting to left on a lotus flower with legs hanging down, in a small papyrus boat. Head crowned with the solar disk and uraei. Right hand bent in elbow and holding a flail, left hand holding a short scepter. Around, triads of animals, clockwise from right: scarabs, snakes, crocodiles, falcons. Above, to the left of Harpocrates, an eight-pointed star; to the right, a crescent.
B: Inscription in four lines: ευ|ειωφηιουαη|ιαωαευωη|ωαηωευφ|αιια → vocales including Ἰάω and a consonant (φ).
